Medalist Athlete Branding Guide

Learn how to build and grow your athlete brand.

Using Your Medalist Website for Your 'Link in Bio'

"Your website is your storefront and Medalist is your key employee."

So now that you have built a strong social media audience, it's time to leverage your athletic brand an earn some money. One of the simplest ways to do this is to use Referral Links as a Brand Ambassador or Affiliate. Once you have your Referral Links, you want to make sure you properly display and promote them. The best way to do this is by using a 'Link in Bio'.

The annoying part with this is that as an athlete you usually have more than one link you want to promote at one time, whether it is a charitable cause, referral link or upcoming event.

Thankfully there is a very simple solution, the single 'Link in Bio'.

In this post, we will walk you through how to setup your Instagram bio link to match your athletic brand - no more funny looking website links!

1. Create an Account with Medalist

If you do not already have an account, it only takes a couple of minutes to setup your website HERE

If you already have a website with us, congrats you're ahead of the game!

2. Create a Links page

Now that you have your website and are logged in, navigate to the Update tab on the top, and then click the Pages button on the left. From here you want to Create a New Page

3. Enter the Page Information

This part is super easy. Simply enter "Links" in the first input box, anything creative or fun in the second input box, and then list your Links in the large input box. You can add Emojis or Images to spice things up, or just stick with the Links to help your followers find the link they want quickly.

Once you are happy with your Links, hit the yellow 'Publish' button.

4. Copy and Paste your Link

Now that your Links page is Live, you will be prompted to 'See it Live' in a green message bubble, click this Link to go to your new page.

Once you are on you new page, simple highlight the URL in the browser address bar to Copy it, then go to all your social profiles and Paste this Link.

CONGRATS! You now have a professional looking Link in Bio that is consistent with your brand and will help you optimize your Athletic Brand!
